There is no cost involved in the submission and peer review process of manuscripts. Manuscripts go through editorial review and double blind peer review based entirely on their academic merit and relevance to the journal scope without considering any costs involved with publication.
Article Processing Charge is payable only when the manuscript undergoes the peer review process and gets accepted for publishing. Article Processing Charge is used to pay for services related to management of the publication process such as editorial processing, peer review management, copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, formatting, online publication, website hosting, and archiving to guarantee permanent open access.
The journal seeks to uphold a high level of transparency regarding its publication policies.
