Submission Guidelines for Authors

Submission of your manuscript to the journal is a simple process intended to maintain the principles of fairness, clarity, and excellence in scholarship. The author(s) is urged to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the objectives and scope of the journal, the requirements for preparing manuscripts, and the ethical policy of the journal prior to submission.

In order to submit a manuscript for publication successfully, authors need to make sure that the manuscript is original and unpublished. It should not have been submitted to any other journal. It is also the responsibility of the authors to make sure that all necessary paperwork is in place.

Ensure that your manuscript meets the specifications of the journal, and check for originality, readability, and citations.

Upload the manuscript via our online submission process along with the necessary documents.

Editors decide on the suitability of your work in terms of scope, quality, and ethics.

Subject experts review your manuscript using a double-blind peer review method.

You address the comments of the reviewers.

Finally, the Editor decides whether to accept or reject the manuscript.

Publish

Once done, copyediting and typesetting are completed, followed by publishing the paper immediately.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that the following requirements have been completed:

  • The manuscript is original, unpublished, and is not currently being considered by any other journal.
  • The manuscript conforms to the journal's format and submission requirements.
  • All authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript to be submitted.
  • The cover page contains all author details and is submitted separately if necessary for a double-blind peer review process.
  • The manuscript has an abstract and relevant keywords and all sections of the manuscript.
  • All tables, figures, and illustrations are appropriately numbered and captioned in the manuscript.
  • All citations are properly referenced in accordance with the style guidelines set forth by the journal.
  • All necessary permissions and declarations regarding ethical approval, informed consent, and conflict of interest have been included.
  • The manuscript has been carefully proofread for grammar and language errors.
  • All additional files have been attached.
  • A cover letter has been created and attached, if required by the journal.
  • The corresponding author has reviewed all documents submitted with the manuscript and confirmed that the submission is complete.
Author Declaration

With the submission of the manuscript, the corresponding author attests that the data supplied is correct, all authors have agreed to the submission, the work is original, and the manuscript meets the journal's publication guidelines.

Note to Authors

Manuscripts that are not complete or do not follow the submission guidelines of the journal will be returned to the authors prior to the editorial review and peer review process. It is advisable for the authors to go through this list thoroughly in order to facilitate the process of evaluation.

Important Note

Submission of an adequate manuscript will minimize the processing time required and will make the editorial and review process smoother. Manuscripts failing to conform to the submission guidelines set by the journal may be returned to the author for revision before the peer review process starts.
